U st\u0159edn\u00edch vchod\u016f se investice pohybuje kolem 5.5 mil.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 ukazuje, \u017ee investice do pozemku v&nbsp;okol\u00ed dom\u016f je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 shodn\u00e1 s&nbsp;\u00fasporou na DPH. N\u011bkter\u00e1 SVJ argumentuj\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee cht\u011bj\u00ed revitalizovat bez koup\u011b pozemku a m\u00edsto konstruktivn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;CPI, \u0159e\u0161\u00ed soudn\u00ed spory a \u017ealoby. Nebylo by v\u0161ak jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed pozemek koupit, za\u010d\u00edt revitalizovat v&nbsp;tomto roce a&nbsp;u\u0161et\u0159it tak na DPH?<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak n\u00e1klady na rekonstrukci domu sn\u00ed\u017eit, je spojen\u00ed projektu pro n\u011bkolik SVJ v&nbsp;jednom dom\u011b. Podle zku\u0161enost\u00ed z&nbsp;M\u00edsteck\u00e9 nebo Malkovsk\u00e9ho je \u00faspora v&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b cca 10%,&#8220; p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enost zastupitel Jan Mikuleck\u00fd. Ti m\u011bli vz\u00edt spr\u00e1vu do sv\u00fdch rukou, pokud cht\u011bj\u00ed, aby jejich domy vypadaly stejn\u011b p\u011bkn\u011b jako u soused\u016f. Hotov\u00e9 vchody v&nbsp;Malkovsk\u00e9ho nebo R\u00fdma\u0159ovsk\u00e9 jsou jasn\u00fdm d\u016fkazem, \u017ee to nen\u00ed nemo\u017en\u00e9.
